1. Look for a talented designer

The key to a successful, beautiful ensuite renovation starts with having the right contractor who has access to talented designers. Addison Grace Design is our go-to designer. She not only listens to your wants and needs, but she also looks for the pain points in your current ensuite and works to eliminate them in the design.

2. Design + Estimate

After you approve the design, it's time to get a detailed estimate in the cost of your ensuite renovation. Now that we know exactly what vanity you want, what tile you want, what extras you want, we can lock down pricing. This pricing should be your final total at the end of the project. (Unless you make changes along the way).

3. Daily Update

Having a detailed schedule to know what is happening each and every day is another very important factor. We use a software management program that has you, the client involved and aware of each and every aspect of your renovation. There is even a communication section for keeping important messages at the forefront of the project.

4. Photoshoot

At the end of your dream renovation, the goal is to have you so proud of it, that you want to show it off. We send a professional photographer to come to photograph your ensuite, for us, and for you, to have professional pictures of the ensuite that will bring you years of enjoyment!
